Make sure you get your 6 to 8 hours a day, switch OFF 30 mins before you go to bed and avoid any stimulants or coffee derivatives prior to going to bed.
Staying hydrated is one of the most important things we have to do as humans for your general health but also for your immune system. Making sure that your water intake is high enough each day will help flush toxins out of the body with ease and transport important nutrients throughout the body.
