I’ve been training with Zia & Ness for just 6 weeks and I’ve already seen great results.
They’re super tough and work you hard but they’re so lovely at the same time. They really want to see you achieve your goals and improve which is really motivating. I always come out of my sessions sooo sweaty but it’s sooo worth it and I feel great!!
Aside from the training, the meal plans are really easy to follow with great variation and they’re super tasty. I love that they’re passionate about educating me around food and nutrition, not just the workouts.
