I am passionate about making my studio in South Perth, the best there is in respect of highly effective training and body transformation.

I offer services to help people not only achieve their desired results but also teach people how to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle for the rest of their lives. This is not a ‘challenge’ that has an expiration date, this is a lifestyle and mindset change.

I have been competing in IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness) Bikini category since early 2012, and have had the opportunity to compete around Australia, winning the Overall Bikini Title in Western Australia and placing 2nd in Australia at the Australasian Championships in Sydney. I enjoy competing because it has taught me the importance of discipline, self-motivation, determination and that anything is possible with hard work. This is something I believe we all have within ourselves, but many think is not possible.

When you stop relying on others, take control of YOUR future and YOUR happiness, you can achieve ANYTHING. I’ve met many people through my career and one of the biggest mistakes I hear is people blaming other people for their body/weight unhappiness. Some of the common ones I hear;

“My parents are both overweight, that’s why I’m overweight”

“My work schedule won’t allow me to exercise or eat correctly”

“I’m a busy parent, I don’t have time to exercise or prepare healthy meal options”

“I will start on Monday”

This is not your average personal training studio as we provide you with support and guidance in every aspect of living and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. We promote training smarter, not harder – not spending hours on end in the gym or following calorie-restricted diets. I want to teach you that being healthy and happy with your body is much more achievable than you think. I believe that many people never get to experience how good their bodies are designed to feel.

I’ve been a qualified personal trainer since 2005 and my clients’ results speak for themselves.

Strength & Conditioning Coach

I’ve always enjoyed health & fitness, playing semi professional soccer since 16 years old and then progressed to bodybuilding as I got older and wanted to gain more size. I was dedicated to the gym and progressively built up my physique over a number of years. In 2015 I became the IFBB WA Men’s Bodybuilding under 90kg Champion. I enjoy agility training, strength training and know all the key exercises for optimal weight loss results, male or female. I enjoy watching people achieve things they didn’t think they could do, through the help of my training. As Zia’s husband, I share the same commitment to your goals.

Jasmine

I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years through both personal training and pilates instructing. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and I have competed in a wide range of sports at a high level.

I am a strong believer in living your best life possible while maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle through exercise and nutrition. I love helping and seeing clients achieve their fitness goals and are always there to support, motivate and encourage them along the way. I don’t believe exercise should be unenjoyable or a chore and with the right guidance, you can change your lifestyle into a happier and healthier one.

My journey as a PT all started with my love for sports and fitness growing up and always being active. I loved the physical benefits from pushing myself to the limit, and the satisfaction I felt after each workout. I also noticed my mental state improved from all the exercise – I became more focused, positive and motivated. I thought what better way to live my life than to get my PT qualifications as well as my Diploma in Clinical Pilates and be able to inspire others to become healthier, fitter and to achieve their goals and live their best lives.

I’m there to motivate you to improve your health and fitness for both the short term and long term, to gain self-awareness of your own capabilities through exercise and healthy eating and to empower you to live a healthy, balanced and sustainable lifestyle.
