Zia Smetka has been the most influential fitness figure in my life.

She is a beautiful person who understands hard work and is such a good mentor. Zia has changed my life. Zia – Thank you for mentoring me and being exactly what a coach should be & for always putting your clients first.

Thank you for putting up with me and for changing my life. I won 1st place in an IFBB competition, I changed my body but more importantly you helped me to change my mind. I have done things I could never ever dream up and I competed in the Arnold Classic the second largest bodybuilding event in the WORLD – All of which would never have of happened had you not been in my life & those experiences are irreplaceable. You the best and I will never forget this.
