I have never thought that I’d become a bikini competitor. In fact, I haven’t even heard of IFBB until a few months ago and didn’t know there’s a division called Bikini fitness in bodybuilding.

I went into my first comp IFBB O’mara Classic with no expectations. It is still unreal to me for taking out third in Novice and first in Junior.

I couldn’t have made this without you, my incredible coach Zia and your team. Training with you and competing have definitely changed my life. My previous lifestyle is chaotic. Morning and abs don’t exist in my life before I met you. I can’t imagine that I could get up and go training in the early morning a few months ago.

Zia, you grew me from a seedling, inspired and empowered me. Constantly giving me all the support and courage when I’m lack of confidence and self-doubted and pushing me to every new level. You’ve gone above and beyond for me not only in prep, but also in off season. I couldn’t be more grateful for having you be my coach.

This is just a beginning. I can’t wait to smash goals with you and bring a better package for the next comp.
